Well, they say that it comes in threes. First was my Grandma Peggy, a few weeks later was my Grandpa Harry. Then we had a few months where nothing went wrong...yesterday morning Tim's mom passed away in her sleep. She had been struggling with cancer and had been in a hospice facility. We went to see her on Saturday (along with Tim's brother and his partner) and spoke with her doctor. He felt that she had weeks to possibly months left, but a few short hours later she was gone. It was pretty unexpected even though she had terminal cancer.
We will be in Bay City for the services on Wednesday and Thursday.
